Lorraine Ferreira, based in the South Coast, has more than 30 years’ experience in the property environment, veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over South Africa in many real estate transactions. Lorraine has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.
She worked for more than a decade as a Paralegal, studied LLB, but found a need to open her own company to train and recruit legal secretaries and real estate agents, which was highly successful.
The South Coast is a wonderful place to live and work, which is why Lorraine chose to call it home after a holiday break! With roots in Transvaal and Gauteng, Lorraine came to the South Coast in 2010 and began work as a sales agent in real estate. Soon thereafter Real Estate became a passion for Lorraine and she opened a ProProp branch in the Lower South Coast during 2013.
Lorraine obtain her PPRE and MPRE – Master Practitioner in Real Estate title. Lorraine is working close with her team to provide you with the best services in buying and selling.
In her free time, Lorraine is an avid cook and gardener. Spending time with her friends and family is never something Lorraine takes for granted.
